I tried to tighten it with no success. I disassembled it and was surprised there was no upper bearings. WebbBike is a Bianchi Vertigo 10sp Veloce. Issues are chain and cassette rusted, neither brake caliper returning to original position etc. all issues caused by just leaving a bike without maintenance for months to years.
