WebJun 11, 2024 · Hello everyone, I've been requested to delete emails from "deleted items" older than 12/31/2024 for one pax. The end user only syncs 6 months on his Outlook and as you know there is no way to apply a retention policy for the built-in "deleted items" folder. WebFeb 9, 2024 · Click on one email, hold down the Shift key, press the down arrow on the keyboard. Continue pressing the down arrow until you have several hundred emails checked. Delete. However, since you mentioned that you are also trying to set your email account in a way that it would permanently remove the items in your Deleted Items folder, you will need to use the AutoArchive feature of Outlook. fr andrew robinson
