WebConsole not found was an error I kept running into (Trinity). The fix for it is to close down jrunner, disconnect then reconnect USB to PicoFlasher chip, open jrunner again. Keep attempting that until it reads it. I had to do this a few times during the process to get everything up and running but it worked perfectly.
